Police Constable Recruitment Program
By Canada Police Preparations
Our Police Constable Recruitment Program is a comprehensive, 3-month training experience that prepares you for every stage of the police hiring process across Canada. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to apply, we’ll get you recruitment-ready — and stay with you until you're hired.
✅ What’s Included in the Program?
✔️ 3 Months of Training
Our program is divided into 4 core lessons, each spaced 3 weeks apart and offered up to 3 times per week on various days and times. That means maximum flexibility — attend the class that fits your schedule best.
✔️ Live Instruction From Experienced Professionals
Every session is 1 hour long, taught live by a serving police officer, sergeant, staff sergeant, or recruiter — so you're learning directly from those in the field.
📚 After the 3 Months, You Will:
- Submit your homework assignments
- Complete your written provincial exam
- Apply to 2–3 police services
- Receive full support through the interview and hiring process
Since 2019, 100% of our students have received interviews after applying.
We encourage you to focus your applications on a few select services to avoid becoming overwhelmed by multiple recruitment processes.
