Our Police Constable Recruitment Program is a comprehensive, 3-month training experience that prepares you for every stage of the police hiring process across Canada.

✅ What’s Included in the Program?
✔️ 3 Months of Training
Our program is divided into 4 core lessons, each spaced 3 weeks apart and offered up to 3 times per week on various days and times. That means maximum flexibility — attend the class that fits your schedule best.
✔️ Live Instruction From Experienced Professionals
Every session is 1 hour long, taught live by a serving police officer, sergeant, staff sergeant, or recruiter — so you're learning directly from those in the field.
Our program does not expire. We will provide support until you are hired, no exceptions.
📚 After the 3 Months, You Will:
- Submit your homework assignments
- Complete your written provincial exam
- Apply to 2–3 police services
- Receive full support through the interview and hiring process
Since 2019, 100% of our students have received interviews after applying.
We encourage you to focus your applications on a few select services to avoid becoming overwhelmed by multiple recruitment processes.

We’ll build documents that align your experience with police service values and highlight your transferable skills.
✓ Written Exam Prep
Complete support for the OACP, ETHOS, APCAT, and RCMP exams — with materials specific to each.
✓ Volunteer Placement
Hands-on experience with organizations serving individuals in crisis or with mental health challenges — a key part of your application.
✓ Unlimited Police-Related Courses
Topics include mental illness, Indigenous culture, Black Lives Matter, gender identity, stress management, and more — all designed to strengthen your application and meet service requirements.
✓ Interview Coaching
You’ll receive group-based training and one-on-one coaching to prepare for each stage of the recruitment interviews.
✓ Document & Psychological Assessment Support
We’ll help you collect all required documents and guide you through the psychological evaluation and other post-application steps.
🏃♂️ Physical Training Access (Ontario Only)
While we don’t offer in-person gym sessions, you’ll have access to the PREP circuit and 20m shuttle run once per month, all year round. Your first use of the machines are included. Every other attempt is $50.00. We include over Fifteen 20m Shuttle Run practice sessions per year.
